Contractual summary

GPS Coins are access credits for platform services, not money, stored value, or investment products.

By purchasing, receiving, or using GPS Coins, users agree to the clauses below. If any clause conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law controls to that extent and all remaining clauses stay in force.

1. Nature of GPS Coins

GPS Coins are digital credits issued by GPS solely for use within the GPS platform to access digital content, tools, and services.

GPS Coins do not constitute currency, electronic money, stored value, or any financial instrument, and have no cash value outside the GPS platform.

2. Non-Redeemability

GPS Coins are non-redeemable for cash, monetary value, or any form of fiat currency, except where required by applicable law.

Users do not acquire ownership, property, or financial rights in GPS Coins beyond the limited right to use them within the GPS platform under these terms.

3. Limited License

When purchasing or receiving GPS Coins, users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use GPS Coins within the GPS platform.

4. Pricing Flexibility and Purchasing Power Variability

The pricing of products, services, and features offered in exchange for GPS Coins may change over time.

The amount of GPS Coins required for any item or service may increase or decrease at GPS's discretion.

Users acknowledge GPS Coins represent access rights to platform services rather than fixed monetary value, and that relative purchasing power may vary over time.

5. No Guarantee of Value

GPS does not guarantee continued availability of any specific product, service, or pricing level associated with GPS Coins.

GPS Coins should not be purchased with any expectation of future value, appreciation, or price stability.

6. No Expiration by Time

GPS Coins do not expire solely due to passage of time.

GPS reserves the right to modify the platform, available services, or pricing structures, which may affect how GPS Coins may be used.

7. Platform Modification Rights

GPS may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including features accessible using GPS Coins.

In such cases, GPS will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Refund Policy

Purchases of GPS Coins are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where GPS determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

9. Promotional or Complimentary Coins

10. Account Termination and Abuse

12. Creator Marketplace and Third-Party Content

GPS may allow third-party creators to offer digital content or services in exchange for GPS Coins.

GPS is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of third-party content, except as required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability for Coin Utility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPS shall not be liable for any perceived loss of value, purchasing power, or utility of GPS Coins resulting from changes to pricing, platform features, or service availability.

14. No Investment or Financial Product Representation

GPS Coins are intended solely for consumption of digital services.

GPS Coins are not designed or offered as an investment, speculative asset, or financial product.
